BLACKS UNITED is an independent association that stands for the Black community and holds no relation/partnership whatsoever with any political or government organization.
Any changes to these terms shall be strictly according to the goals and principles of the organization and the necessary update shall be made in this document published on the website as and when required.
Entire Agreement:
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and BLACKS UNITED and its website https://blacks-united.us/ and govern your use of the site, superseding any prior agreements between you and BLACKS UNITED relating to your use of this site. By using the website and the information it provides you automatically agree to the terms of its use.

You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States or the country in which you reside. You further agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. If you choose, or you are provided with, a username, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable your access if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of these Terms.
Intellectual property rights
The content, layout, design, data, databases, trademarks, logos and graphics on the Website are owned by BLACKS UNITED and protected by intellectual property laws. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
Membership
Any individual can be a member of Blacks United. Any person who pays a minimum $10 can become a member. (NOTE: if a larger amount is donated, that person will be considered a member) There is no restriction on race, religion, political preferences, nationality to become a member. However, only those of the Black Race will be able to vote and participate in how the direction of the organization. The same rules will apply to an organization except, an organization must pay a minimum of $100/year and participate at the Onyx Level. Deposit of the Money Collected
All money received shall be automatically electronically deposited directly into a bank. Untouched by human hands! Preferably, a Black Bank and into a savings account. No money shall be touched except for fees, supplies and equipment for the organization to sustain itself until the National Convention in 2023.
Website Use Restrictions
THE UNAUTHORIZED COPYING, DISPLAYING USE OF ANY CONTENT FROM THIS SITE IS A VIOLATION OF LAW.
The site is for your personal and non-commercial use only. You will not (i) post on or transmit to the site any defamatory, libelous, obscene, pornographic, profane, threatening, or unlawful materials or any materials that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, common law or equitable principles, or otherwise violate any law; (ii) copy, reproduce, modify, lease, loan, sell, create derivative works from, upload, transmit, or distribute the intellectual property of the site in any way without BLACKS UNITED's or the appropriate third party's prior written permission or (iii) use the site in any manner that violates any applicable laws, regulations, orders, or other restrictions.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BLACKS UNITED harmless from and against any and all claims in regards to any financial or other dispute.
Termination
BLACKS UNITED reserves the right to terminate at any time any membership, at its sole discretion, the access and/or your use of the website and any information related to it.
Prohibited Use
The organization stands for the greater cause of the Black Community hence any attempt to user the website or its information for illegal purposes if detected or brought to notice by any individual, party or other body will be provided to the law enforcement authorities.
